Consultations are a great initial step into redesigning your property, without the high investment or commitment. We will also discuss the flow of your layout, as well areas of the existing home to highlight by not altering. Using the exact dimensions of your property, Robert Designs strives to create a space that blends beauty and functionality, whether that be for a home or commercial building.

Interior and Exterior designs begin with ideation and mood boards, and once we have a concept our clients love, we move into the modeling stage. Using our industry-standard software, we digitally re-create your space with the true dimensions (including newly designed buildings, or preexisting ones), and detail everything included. This comprises of materials, lighting, furniture selection, and anything else you could possibly want. All build/permit plans are reviewed in consultation with Professional Engineers and drafted by a BCIN certified designer.

Note: We can produce interior/exterior design plans without commitment to building, however, if you wish for us to assist bringing your project to life we recommend our services to capitalize on our designer discounts on materials that we pass along to our clients.

Our mood boards are curated to fit your needs and wants, and give recommendations for furniture, colours, finishes, etc, as well where to find individual items for the best price.

Whether you have received a complete interior design package from Robert Designs or not, our aim is to create beautiful solutions to enhance your home and assist you in bringing those visions to life.

Part 3 of our full-scale interior design process involves us working with you to source the appropriately skilled and reputable professional trades to accomplish the works designed. We will oversee the implementation of our design plans to ensure the vision is not lost during the build, and the construction is accomplished to our high standard of quality we demand of ourselves.
