This exterior balcony design is luxurious with lots of desk space and multiple levels. It's perfect for relaxing in the comfort of your own backyard, or hosting the best of barbecues. This design is sure to impress any guest.
Pictured above is a huge waterfront decking re-design for a beautiful property on Lake Ontario just east of Kingston. The clients had approximately 5 different levels of decking in various stages of decay and overall dysfunction. We’ve consolidated the levels into three, raised their sunroom to be at a consistent floor height of the existing structures ground floor level, As well creating more consistency in the datum lines created by the dining rooms large windows.
We’ve also planned a flush threshold from indoors through to the sunroom Now we are on to creating the permit set drawings for submission to the city, and our clients will be one step closer to enjoying their newly designed space!
